Please reach out to our trained advocates for help filling out forms, navigating our justice and social service systems, and for peer counseling.
Family Advocates provides free and confidential help to victims and survivors of
child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse.
If you live in Grant and Iowa Counties, you can receive services from Unified Community Services. Fees for most services are on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay.
Substance Abuse Program, Mental Health Program, Community Support Program, Birth to Three Program, Children's Long Term Support Waiver Program and Emergency Services Program.

Sober-living housing, known as “Opportunity House,” is to support recovery in an environment that is free of negative influences and triggers.
At Opportunity House, recovery is reinforced by consistent monitoring, peer support and professional counseling, as well as medication.

Grant County - "Prime For Life, Under 21” curriculum which is a non-judgmental program for youth 13-20 who may be or are likely to engage in high risk drinking or drug use. It is a 12 hour program, typically divided into 3 hours, one night a week , for 4 weeks.
